Are all products designed by Moppilobu?
Our shop includes products carefully selected from manufacturers and suppliers around the world, as well as original Moppilobu products. Original designs will be identified on their product pages.
How long does shipping take?

Will my entire order arrive together?
Not always. Some products may ship from different locations and arrive in separate packages.

Returns + Refunds
Eligible unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in their original condition and packaging when applicable. Please contact moppilobu@gmail.com before returning anything.
Because some Moppilobu products are tactile or sensory products, opened or used items may not be eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping on standard returns. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.
Gift cards and products marked Final Sale cannot be returned except where required by law.
